These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites thailandtripos.com and timtraveltaste.com, including any membership services, digital products, newsletter, and content provided through these websites (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Tim Travel Taste ("we," "us," "our").

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

3.1 Subscription Plans

The Thailand Trip OS Membership Site offers paid subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed on the membership signup page. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

3.2 Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the applicable subscription rate. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

3.4 Newsletter Subscription

When signing up for a membership (free or paid), you agree to receive our newsletter via Beehiiv, including Thailand Trip OS update notifications and travel content. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not cancel your membership.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

For digital content and subscription services: By accessing the membership content or digital product immediately upon purchase, you expressly consent to the performance of the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully accessed or the service has begun.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid memberships and digital product purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase at [your email address] and we will issue a full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights as an EU consumer under Section 4.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including text, graphics, images, guides, itineraries, maps, tools, and any other materials — is the property of Tim Travel Taste and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Personal use only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial trip planning purposes.

You may not: copy, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Sharing login credentials or membership access with others is prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for matters which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tim Travel Taste shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

For EU consumers: This limitation of liability does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including Ghost, Beehiiv, Stripe, Zapier, Discord, YouTube, and Tally. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

For EU consumers: You have the right to bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but will assess participation on a case-by-case basis.

For non-EU users: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [your city], Germany.
